The pigment manufacturing facility is located at Vapi, about 180 kilometers north of Mumbai.

Total employment at the factory is about 365 people and covers all functions like production, maintenance, quality control, materials management, safety/security, administration etc. Container stuffing at factory is undertaken to ensure speedy delivery of export consignments and to avoid transshipment.

Four major production units, namely, Azo Pigment Plant, Violet-23 Plant, Quinacridone Plant and Pigment Emulsion Plant are supported by a full fledged Pilot plant and an Effluent Treatment Plant. The factory is also a member of an approved Common Effluent Treatment Plant and a Solid waste landfill site. Additionally, it also holds membership of M/s. Gujarat Environ Protection and Infrastructure Limited for incineration facility. Own infrastructure facilities like all utilities, tank farm, RF tower for IT network, Occupational health centre, canteen etc are also housed in the same premises.

At the factory, continual improvement is emphasized by introducing proven manufacturing concepts like 5 'S", TQM, Kaizen and TPM etc. Continual upgradation of the skills and knowledge is ensured through in-house training, third party safety audit and inter units environment audits, besides deputing employees to national seminars and conferences on key issues.
